Dear Mr.Sam,
I am writing to inform you that I will be unable to continue with the part-time business administration course.
I started this course six months ago to help me switch from my current technical job to a managerial position. I was able to balance work and study because the project in hand was simple, and I used to have plenty of spare time.
Unfortunately, I have been assigned a challenging project which is very critical to the business and must be completed within one year, and in order to meet the deadline, I have to work overtime. Thus, I will not be able to pursue this course.
Since the first semester's exams are scheduled to take place next week, I will take a leave to attend them, but I need to defer this course for one year.
