The bar chart compares the choices of the British from four different kinds of accommodation namely self-catering, caravan, camping and hotel in 2010.
It can be seen that the people of four countries booked which was the most popular type in accommodation all fluctuated in four countries.
Hotels were heavily used in the two countries is England and Scotland, is 55% and 52% respectively. For self-catering, all four countries were lower than hotels. In England, people who prefer self-catering accounted for 27%, nearly double the number of people choosing in 2010. Three countries Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, self-catering were booked by the British respectively 30%. 28% and 12%.
Caravan and Camping were the two types of accommodation that the British voted less. In Scotland, camping accounted for the lowest rate of 7%, the highest was in Northern Ireland at 31%, England and Wales accounted for 12% and 14% respectively. Besides, Caravan accommodation was the highest used in Northern Ireland and least in England at 7%, while Scotland and Wales were 12% and 9% respectively when the British went on holiday in 2010.
