Dear Sir,
My name is Ahmed Shehata, holder of a ravel insurance certificate number "17655". I am writing to you this letter to make a claim with the price of something I lost in my last vacation.
Last week, I was spending my holiday in "Sharm beach Resort" in Sharm ElSheikh city, Egypt. Unfortunately, when I returned home, to my shock, I discovered that I have forgotten my camera's Macro Lens in my hotel room. It was a very expensive lens, so I immediately called the hotel to ask about it, however I could not get it back.
I figured out that I forgot to put it back in my bag after the last time I used it, and sadly I did not check my room properly before leaving for any forgotten item. As the bus tha would take me to the airport was already waiting and I had to go down quickly.
I am asking the company to repay me with the price of a used Macro Lens of the same make, which is approximately 100 USD.
