The provided line graph gives information about changes in the amount of questions the Tourist Information Office received from January to June in 2011. Overall, the number of questions asked in person and received by telephone showed the same upward trend, whereas that of enquiries received by letter or email demonstrated the reversed pattern over the given period.
At the beginning, in regards to the enquiries asked in person, the figure began at a low of just above 400 questions, then the number continuously rose throughout the six-month time and peaked at approximately 1,900 at the end. Similarly, the same upward trend can be witnessed in the figure of questions received by telephone; although, in the first three months the slight fluctuation can be noticed. Between March and April, the number then remained stable at 1,000, but after which, the figure went up rapidly and reached the maximum of exactly 1,600 in June.
By contrast, the amount of questions received via letter or email which started at just below 800 illustrated a downward trend. The number remained relatively constant in the first three months and started to fall and hit the low at roughly 380 in May and stood at the same amount until June.
