Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Sorena, the social marketer of Redi and I am writing to you since I have left some documents at your hotel, Rizo Hotel.
We had a business meeting there in room 102 last night 23/08/2019 which finished at 8 pm. When I reached home right after the meeting, I found out that I do not have the documents with me. However, The documents should be misplaced in the room, where we were sitting, on the old table close to the window and inside a blue leather folder. They contain the minute of the meeting which I need to be able to proceed with the projects and I also have to submit them on the company’s website tomorrow.
Could you please ask your employees to look for the documents and upon finding them give me a call at 3546748?
I look forward to hearing from you very soon.
Yours faithfully,
Sorena Ashkani.
