the graph below shows the employment rate of each gender in four countries in 2002
The chart depicts how the both sexes rate of employments in 4 countries namely South Africa, Chile, Finland, Norway changed in 2002.
As an overview, the dominant of employments in 4 countries was man, the female employments in Norway was the highest, followed by Finland, whereas Chile is the lowest.
Looking at the bar chart more closely, it is clearly seen that the amount of female workforce was nearly to the amount of man workforce in two countries namely Finland and Norway. The rate in female in Finland was 65% and nearly 75% in Norway, while male accounted for nearly 70% in Finland and approximately 80% in Norway. There was more different in the rate of both sexes genders workforce in South Africa. Both women and man employees in this countries was low comparison with the others, it took one-third to the female total of countries and about half of the female. There was a big gap between the female and male in working, man accounted for 70% and female was just over 30% in the years 2002.
