The three pie charts illustrate the fluctuation in total annual spending school in the UK in each 10-year as 1981, 1991 and 2001. Firstly, Teacher’s salaries were always main expenses of school in these years, the highest rate in school’s expenses at 40% in 1981, 50% in 1991 and 45% in 2001. Secondly, cost that had the most fluctuation in total spending school was insurance fee, likely in 1981, school only spent 2% for insurance fee, 3% in 1991 but rose by 8% in 2001. Cost of furniture and equipment decreased from 15% in 1981 to 5% in 1991 but went up 23% in 2001. In while that, fee for resources changed opposite with change of cost of furniture and equipment, in 1981 school’s spending rate was 15% and rose up 20% in 1991 and then reduced by 9% in 2001. Finally, school spent other workers’ salaries decreased year by year, in specially, 28% in 1981, 22% in 1991 and 15% in 2001 but this was the second of high rate in total annual spending school.
