Overall, the rent has a significant difference between two kinds of room . Besides, there are two beds, two bookshelves, two cupboards in the double room study area, while the single room has one for each furnitures.

While the both of rooms have a similar length at 6 metres, the width of the single room is smaller that of the double room, at 2.5 metres and 4 metres, respectively. Additionally, a thin wall is built to separate the double room into two smaller spaces in which has one study desk, one bed and one cupboard for each compared to only one in whole the single room for each kinds of furnitures.

In addition, both of the room type have a bathroom and a kitchen at the similar position. While there are two window in the right of the double room and a table inside the room, the single one has no any tables or windows.
