Dear Sam.
Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you that i am not able to see you next week in London. Even though i was very excited to see you and your family after a long time.
As for our plans to explore the beauty of London this holiday i am sorry to say that i have to postpone this plan. So i want to apologize to you for the unexpected changes of planes. My head office will organize a three day conference which is compulsory to be attended from everyone. I am sorry about this and i am sure that you will understand my reasons.
If it suits you i would suggest to postpone the trip toward the end of the year and to a new location as it would be all snow in Europe. Probably, we can think about going to Thailand to ring in the new year. Again i am sorry for this sudden change of plans and i am really looking forward to a year end trip with you.
Best regards.
Ben
