The graph and table below give information about water use worldwide and water consumption in two different countries .
The line chart illustrates the use of water by the three sectors globally while the table compares the water consumption in Brazil and Congo in 2000.
Overall, over the century, the use of water value by sector had an upward trend, whereas Brazil had the highest consumption per person.
It is noticeable that Agriculture group water usage had increased sharply its figures and marked as the highest amongst the sectors accounted for around 500km3 in 1900 to just above 3000km3 in the last year, 2000. While Industrial and Domestic use, it's recorded data relatively unchanged from 0km3 until 1940s.It started to went up by the year 1950s and peaked its value to just below 1000km3 and approximately 200km3 respectively in 2000.
The table displays that Brazil had 176million population as well as the largest in consuming water per capita with data of 359m3 as compared to Congo that a person consumed only 8m3 in 2000.
