Dear Mrs. Jinny,
I, Diya, your next-door neighbor writing this letter to draw your attention that you have carried our main dust bin to your garden a couple of days ago when you were shifted here.
As you are new to this society, I’d be glad to inform you that our local municipal corporation does provide brand new dustpans to the people who arrive. To fetch this you have to meet the local councilor, provide them your house address along with one proof of staying, either a current bill or a gas bill so that they can supply the goods at the earliest.
I’d be delighted to receive our dustbin by tomorrow as we are facing issues to throw the trash. I cannot, however, live without a bin. So, I expect to receive the bin on receipt of this letter, if not I am forced to file a case against you in the council as you are not returning the dustbin, who may further ask you to pay the fine for troubling us.
I look forward to receiving a prompt response.
Warm regards,
Diya Rachael
