Your Manager has asked you to do a presentation at the upcoming training session. Write a letter to your manager and say
– What is the topic of presentation?
– What is the benefit of conducting a session on that topic?
– What are your requirements for conducting this presentation?
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you about my presentation topic which I have to give next Friday during the training session.
I have decided to give the presentation on the new and regulation of the Canada Study Visa. As I am the only one who is handling the filling department of the student visa, it is my duty to make other visa counselors aware of the updated regulation. There are certain changes in the privileges of the students and laws which regulate their living and work rights. For instance, the Quebec government has decided to pay student 160$ every month, if they start learning French.
The most overwhelming benefit will in the counselors use these changes for increasing the sale of the company as they can use this knowledge to make students attracted to our company. They gain easily gain confidence of the client by telling them the advantages of the new laws.
I need a projector for giving my presentation, a marker to illustrate different things and also a socket board for my laptop. It will be a half-hour presentation and will definitely be fruitful for our company and department.
I am very excited about giving this presentation and its desired results.
Yours Faithfully,
Jot
