The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010.
The two maps given illustrate the differences in the roads people take to access a city hospital in two years, namely 2007 and 2010.
It is noticeable that the main alternations were the addition of two roundabouts, the development of the parking space and the bus stop's relocation.
The most striking changes were the two-rotary construction at the two intersections along the hospital road. In other words, one traffic-circle was built at the three-way intersection between the Hospital Road and the Ring Road, another was at the four-way one between the Hospital Road and the City Road. In 2007, the Hospital Road was flanked by six bus stops but they were demolished in 2010.An alternative bus station bigger insize was constructed to the south-east of the hospital and connected with the two roundabouts.
In terms of parking spaces, the car park used to be for both the public and the staff, in 2010, it was renovated for staff only. Furthermore, there was a public car park built on the eastern side of the hospital. People could access the hospital from this car park via an entrance to the Ring Road, surrounding the hospital.
