Given are the processes of producing cement and making concrete for construction purposes.
Overall, there are 4 main stages in the making of cement, which is more complex than the procedure of concrete produced by only mixing available substances.
Looking at the first phase of cement production, limestone and clay are mixed and crushed through a crusher to become powder. This powder is moved to a mixer machine and then heated by a rotating heater. Following this step is transferring the heated powder to a grinder and finally, cement is made, which is prepared for packing into bags.
In terms of concrete production, it is simply made by mixing cement, sand, water and gravel with the proportion of 15%, 25%, 10% and 50% respectively by a concrete mixer.
To conclude, with the aim of constructing buildings, the more complicated phase is producing cement and subsequently, concrete is then produced by mixing this cement with other substances.
