The instructions given simulate the direction to produce cement. Then, it instructs the way that cement is applied to generate concrete.
Overall, the cement-making process contains much more procedures than the concrete one but includes less ingredients.
Starting with cement, the first step to do is prepare the raw ingredients which are limestone and clay. Then it is mashed into powder with the crusher and blended together in the mixer. Next, the mixture is heated up by the rotating heater at high temperature. Finally, it gets crushed one more time before being packed in bags.
Moving to concrete producing, not only cement; gravel, sand and water are also necessary. Firstly, the producer puts the cement into the mixer then adds some water at appropriate proportions, 15% and 10% respectively. After that, sand and gravel are also included with the percentages at 25% and 50% proportionally. Lastly, it gets blended until it become liquid
