Overall, it is clear that Fish was the lowest food product was used by European contomer throughout the reserch period. Moreover, the expenditure on Beef, Lamb decreased, while the there was fluctuating increase in the figure for chicken.
It can be seen that in 1979, Beef was Eropean consumer chose as the most priority food with around 220 grams per person per week and reached a peak at about 240 grams in 1983. However, this figure declined fluctuating at 100 grams in the end research period. Similarly to Beef demand, there was a decrease considerable for the figure of Lamb from 150 grams in 1979 per person per week to approximate 60 grams in the latest preiod.
In the preiod between 1979 and 2004, the country witnessed a significant growth from just under 150 grams to just over 250 grams per person per day in the consumsion of chicken. The expenditure of fishs was contradictory with three type of remainder food. This figure of fishs almost remained steady at just under 50 grams until the finish period, before it declined minimaly by 10 grams.
