Topic: The maps below show recent changes in the town of Kimsville. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant
The given diagrams illustrate some transformations in the town named Kimsville between 2002 and now.
As can be seen from the pictures, the town of Kimsville has underwent a great number of changes. Overall, the town has been urbanized with the introduction of many brand new buildings such as football stadium as well as apartments.
It is obvious that the central Kimsville as well as the shopping mall to the north of it has remained unchanged. To the east of the city centre was located the factory which has been torn down to make way for a software company. An old cinema lied to the southwest of it has been turned into a pub. Also, a new train station has also been built adjacent to the western city centre.
The amount of tree has been halved in order to construct more buildings. It is clear that the southwest of the pub has witnessed the introduction of a football stadium as a replacement for the trees. Similarly, new apartments complex has been erected in the place of the trees.
