At a fleeting glance, it is vivid that more than half a percentage of men are well satisfied with the facilities of club. 5% and 10% of males has unsatisfied with it. However, in terms of opening hours, 45% of men are very satisfied closely followed by the percentage of males who are not satisfied with 37%.
Moving further, the majority of female members are satisfied with opening hours and club facilities each reporting 64 and 72 percentage respectively. Nevertheless, the level of very satisfied and satisfied women members is exactly the same which is 35% and only 5% less than the ratio of dissatisfied females about the range of activities in the club.
Overall, male members are much pleased with the club's activities and facilities, although female members are more satisfied with opening hours.
