A friend you made while you were studying abroad has written to ask you for help in finding a job in your country. You have heard about a job in a local company that might be suitable for him/her.
Write a letter to this friend. In your letter
• tell your friend about the job and what sort of work it involves
• say why you think the job would be suitable for him/her
• explain how to apply for the job
Dear Malik,
I hope you are doing well. I have received your letter where you mentioned that you are in dire need of a job and I just happened to come across one.
The vacancy has been posted only this week for an Assistant Project Coordinator in a Real state firm. It will mostly involve communicating with clients overseas, keeping track of tasks to be done and gathering feedback from stakeholders. You might occasionally have to visit the site to conduct meetings with the supervisor.
Since you have completed your Management in Business Administration, I think you will be the perfect candidate for the post. In addition, during your course you were engaged in various outdoor activities which demonstrates that site visits would not be a problem for you.
In order to apply for the job you will have to email your resume at realtors@email.com along with a copy of your academic certificates.
I hope this information has been helpful to you. Please let me know if you need further information. All the best with your application.
Best regards,
Mitu
