Dear Ankur
How are you? I heard that you are facing a problem at your work. You find it difficult to work with that kind of problem. You don't have to be worry and have some patience. It is not a serious problem that you can't solve.
Working with a annoying colleague is very common problem. Your co-worker doesn't like to work with you and motivate you to leave the company.
I faced same problem in my previous company and my team leader always tries to push down me and insult me in front of whole team. I always feel under pressure while working with him but I didn't let him to destroy my future and simply discuss my problem with the HR. As a result, My team leader was warned verbally and I never faced that difficulty in my office. Moreover, I believe resign is not the solution of your problem and you have to show some courage and face this problem and try to talk to HR about this situation.
I hope you will suggestion and I am looking forward to hearing from you soon regarding this matter.
Best wishes
