Dear sir
I am writing this letter to seek an academic reference letter for my new job. Last week I applied full-time job for the junior computer software developer in Deloitte and got selected. I am the first student from the college who is selected in Deloitte and It is one of the biggest organizations in Canada.

Moreover, working under Deloitte is the first step toward achieving my career goal and I am happy to have the matching qualifications required for the job but before the interview process, the Company required an academic reference letter. I kindly requested you to please provide me a reference letter and add some of my academic achievements and my last summer research in the letter. Furthermore, you can add my dedication towards my studies and my positive attitude to face any kind of challenge. In addition, my volunteer working hours which I did during my summer breaks.

Many thanks to you in advance.
