Despite corresponding fluctuations throughout the next twenty-five years, both city then met an equilibrium point in which 27 conferences were held in 2005. By 2010, conferences in City B had transcended the number in City A, with 26 and 24 international conferences respectively.
City C held no international conferences in the beginning of period. However, the city saw a consistent increase by 20 events in 1990, which then followed by a prominent escalation in the next ten years by 35 conferences. The figure remained the highest among all cities although it fell slightly to 31 conferences by the end of the period.
