The chart and table illustrate how much passengers satisfied with the services provided by a US airline from 1999 to 2007.
It is obvious that the majority of customers were happy using its services, and they felt most content with staff's politeness.
During 9 years, the level of contentment with this airline was fairly high, increasing from 65% to 72%. By contrast, the level of dissatisfaction saw an opposite trend to decrease to 24% by 2007.
With regard to the table, passengers felt most satisfied with the courtesy of flight attendants and check-in/gate agents whose figures for pleasure rose steadily to 92 and 88% respectively. In comparison, a smaller percentage of travelers (79%) felt the same with schedules. However, the fastest pace was recorded in the satisfaction with ticket prices which surged by 20% despite receiving quite low proportion (60%). By contrast, seats were considered the least satisfying when there were only about under a half of the passengers gave positive comments.
