Among all the countries, people of Luxembourg had the most cell phones and Pcs with number of 872 and 900 with respectively,in contrast, the number of people who were using personal computer remained constant in both countries Germany and South Korea, with 452 per hundred whereas, cell phones had quite more favorable device in Germany as compared to South Korea.

In last, the number of people accounted for personal computer with 88 per hundred in China and experienced a twofold rise then mobile phone.
