The rendered polyline graph depicts how many investigations were made by various modes of communication to tourist information officer over the period of January 2001 to june 2001.

Overall, enquiries made by both in person and telephone went through a increasing trend while inquiries done by email/letter followed a declining trend. In person investigations were the least in first month of the year that reported the maximum investigations after six months.

With regard to face to face inquiries, this accounted for 400 in January and investigations made by the last month of first quarter of the year these observed as twofold as that of former one. After that, this went through flactuation and rose to 1200 investigations done by june. In case of inquiries conduct by telephone, initially, it comprised of 800 and then it fell slightly before reaching the same figure in march. From march to aprail it witnessed the plateau and then increased gradually.

In contrast, investigations conduct by email/letter varied cautiously, around 600 between January and march which experienced zigzag pattern for two months from 600 to 400. Then a decline was seen in this trend to 200 enquiries.
