You are planning a short visit to a city where one of your relatives lives.
Write a letter to your relative. In your letter:
• Explain when and how long you will be in town.
• Ask whether you can stay at their home.
• Offer to pay for yourself.
Dear Vikas,
I hope you are doing well. I'm excited to tell you that I'll be coming to Vancouver for a business trip in the coming next month.
I'll be staying for ten days in Vancouver on this trip for my firm. The planned dates are 1st May 2021 to 10th May 2021. My flight will depart to your place around early morning on May 1st.
Since it's a long time and we haven't seen each other, it would be great to spend some quality time with you and your family. If that's not too much ask, Will it be possible if I can stay at your place during the time of my company business trip.
Moreover, it would be great if you'll show me around the city. I would love to pay for the services of food, shopping, or clubbing while you'll take me around to show the City.
I hope to see you soon.
Warm regards,
Shwatank Bhasin
