the two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and in 2010.
The maps illustrate how the way to the city hospital developed over the course of 3 years from
2007 to 2010.
As can be seen from the maps, the road access to the hospital witnessed significant changes, especially in terms of infrastructures.
It is noting that he city hospital was a rectangle area situated on the Ring Road which can be accessed straightly by the Hospital Road. In 2007, the car park both for staff and public was erected on the right of the Hospital Road, which even had bus stops on both side.
The road was altered considerbly since then to 2010. Two round abouts was constructed in the T-junction and the crossroad on the Hospital Road and one even took a small part of the main figure. Specially, there was a new-built bus station, which had two road access to the roundabouts, on the left side of Hospital Road. Additionally, the car park that once for both staff and public was for staff only in 2010 and the one for public was added on the right area of the hospital. Last but not least, all the bus stops on the roadside was demolished to make way for higher improvement.
