You forgot a wallet at a friend's place while you were there on the weekend. Write him a letter to ask to return the wallet.
Dear Mathew,
It was a great evening at your place on the weekend. We enjoyed thoroughly every moment, particularly food and games. The games were completely outstanding with utmost entertainment involved. However, this didn't last for long as I had much difficulty while returning from your home because I forgot my wallet.I had nothing with me to pay to the driver, so went home walking which was so exhausted due to the distance. Thankfully, one of your friend leaves nearby my area so he offered me a lift from midway and could reach home finally.
Also, wallet has credit and debit cards through which I need to make payment by this week for various things. It has my driving license, some cash and pan card as well. Without this, it will be very difficult for me to go anywhere, office in particular. So I am writing this letter to tell you that if possible, please return it by today evening while coming back from office.
I know you will understand and do the needful as soon as possible.
Best Regards,
Mark
