Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Vineeta Jain and I enrolled for a cookery course which was a short one.I am writing this letter in reply of your feedback on "Italian Cuisine" that I attended last month,in June.I must say that the course was worth to learn.
Though I used to practice by myself at home before joining this. Result was not as good as it is now after learning from your cookery school.Me and my husband are a big fan of italian food.Cooking is one of my favourite hobby and in this way,now I am fulfilling my cooking hobby and serving everyone delicious Italian items.
I must say that method of teaching,in particular by Nisha mam was excellent.She used to show every thing and every step in a detailed way.Also,it was more of a practical and entertaining approach which helped me a lot to do better.
I am recommending this course to all my friends who are beginners in cooking.However,for myself,I would love to learn baking through which I can learn some baking items.It will polish my skills and improve my baking.
