The pie charts give information about the visitors to the US from different countries from 1988 to 1992
The given charts below give information about the proportion of travelers from 3 distinct nations namely Canada, Mexico, China and Others in America over a 4-year period between 1988 and 1992.
Overall, the most contribution for visitors in 1988 was Canada while the least was Others. Over years, China and Mexico saw an upward trend whilst the opposite was true for Canada and Others.
In the first year, 53 percent of visitors to the US came from Canada, which was the highest. China and Others were responsible for roughly equal percentage, at 10% and 12% respectively. Travelers from Mexico took up a remarkable percentage, at 25%.
In the next 4 years, the percentage of visitors from Mexico entered a period of volatility, in 1990 the proportion plunged minimally by 5% and soared religible by 7% in 1992. In contrast, the percentage of visitors from Others noticeably declined to 4% and was smallest. Similar to travelers from Others, the figure for Canada went down abruptly to 40%. Conversely, the figure for China increased remarkablely to 28% in 1990 and 30% in 1992.
