My flat is located near Raheja Classics, which is so easy to find out.It is in a prime locality of Andheri (West), Mumbai. There are plenty of facilities in and around my vicinity. The flat is fully equipped with all amenities. It has a garden, swimming pool, gym, library etc.It is just a 5 minutes walk from metro station and 10 mins away, there is a bus stand.
Also,my vacant room is spacious. It has an attached bathroom with washing machine and geyser.
it has large windows, big balcony and partially furnished with cupboard and study table.Internet facility is common for all inmates.
I would like to rent it to a person or a student who keen keep the flat in up to date condition.A roomamte who doesn't drink and strictly no non-veg.cooking, preferably an Asian.
Please help me with any such student you know with their contact details.
Yours sincerely,
Sajith
