In contrast, the minutes of local fixed line calls 70 billion in 1995. Then it fluctuated sharply rising to 90 billion minutes in 1999. Nevertheless, it had decreased dramatically from 90 billion minutes in 1999 to 70 billion in 2002.
To conclusion, local fixed line call user minutes fluctuated from 1995 to 2002 in uk then, the national and international fixed line increased gradually during that period after this one the mobiles all calls user minutes rised dramatically during the period of 8 in uk.
