Dear Sir,
I am writing in regard with the recent conference on Bamboo Structure Design which I happened to attend in Goa. I believe that I would want to share my experience and knowledge which I gained at this conference.
Although I have started collaborating on all the information for PowerPoint Presentation, I would like to get a formal consent to present this in our office. Through this presentation, I would like to share the importance of Bamboo as a structure that could be beneficial for our clients.
Since the topic could be really vast, I would not like to bore the attendees and would keep the presentation short for 15mins. I would like to present vital information on topics like the use of bamboo, structure stability, cost-efficiency and how would it protect our environment. This would help the team to gain knowledge and use it for Zero-Energy buildings for the environment.
All our office staff who really want to update their knowledge for this topic should attend this presentation irrespective of their designation. I would prefer to conduct this presentation in our conference room so that the audience could easily view the presentation on-screen and take notes.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours sincerely,
Adams Mcdonald
