Overall, it is clearly seen that the process start from collection of clay with the help of digger machine and complete with packaging.
To begin with, there are ample of step, while forming stone for industrial work, such as 6-7 step. First step, commerce with digger machine collect clay for made up bricks. After this, with the help of rolling machine, metal grid separate from clay. In the next step, sand and water add in the raw material for two type of manufacturing, first, as a consequence of cutting machine and second, preparing with the help of mould.
Moving further, before sending into different chamber, cutting bricks placed into drying oven for 24-48 hours. In the following step, bricks going into moderate hot chamber with 200°c to 980°c. Prior sending to cooling chamber, brick prepared at 870°c to 1300°c. In the cooling chamber stage, bricks are stored for 2-3 days and after then packaging. In the eventual stage, bricks is ready for delivering. All these steps crucial, whilst making bricks.
