The picture depicts the process of producing sugar from its raw material (sugarcane).
Overall, sugar is produced after the completion of seven several steps from growing sugar and harvesting it to separating sugar crystal from its syrup.
Firstly, the sugarcane is planted by the farmers which usually takes 12 to 18 months to grow, and after that, it is harvested using machine or farmer themselves. Secondly,the collected sugarcane is then crushed in crushing mill, so that the raw material is converted into its juice. Next, the juice is poured through the limestone filter for purification. As soon as the filtration is done, it is taken to evaporater where the juice is heated in order to convert it into its syrup.
Subsequently, it is then transferred to a centrifugal rotator, which rotates the blades inside it. By then, the syrup is converted into crystalline form. As a result, final product is prepared after drying it and cooled it in the large container. In this way, sugar is manufactured from sugarcane.
