As can be seen, for beginning the process sugar canes should have least 12 months, after that they hold up the harvesting either do by farmer’s hand or by machines. It is important to consider the cost of operates. Third step include crushing which all sugar canes hove to become juice by automate machine. Not only is this step very important for producing final drip but also should be consider to optimization operation. In this step uses a limestone filter to through juice inside it. this step known as purifying juice. After that the outcome from pervious step is feed to evaporator which juices into a compartment heat by fire to become syrup. In semi final step by a centrifuge all sugar crystals separate from syrups. Finally, all selected sugars store in a steel box for drying and cooling.
