Hello Neighbours,
I am vicky from the flat no -118, I have recently moved to this apartment a week back. I received your complain regarding the noise coming from my Flat.
The noise is due to the renovation work which is happening in my apartment. The apartment has issues with the bathroom where the water draining is not functioning properly. The water gets accumulated on the bathroom floor due to which there is a lot is stale smell in the bathroom. I have to get this fixed before my family moves in next week.
I sincerely apologize to you for the inconvenience caused due to the renovation work as I should have informed you before the work begins.
As an action from my end, I will make sure that this renovation work get completed within 1 week as due to the weekends the labor is off duty and they do not work.
I hope you will understand my request.
