Overall, as can be clearly seen from the charts, children spend more time with their families on the weekends rather than on weekdays. In which, kids from 2 to 7 likely stay with their parents much more than other groups of age.
To begin with, children spend more hours with mom than with dad on weekdays. All groups of age from 0 to 9 spend about 6 hours with mom, that is more than a third of time as staying with dad. Children aged 0 to 1, 4-5, and 8-9 spend approximately 2 to 3 hours with both parents, twice as much as others.
On the weekends, there is a reversed trend in time spent with mom and both mom and dad. It is witnessed that they stay with their parents nearly 6 hours, compared to about 4 hours with mom at all ages. Regarding the given data, kids from 4-5 spend nearly one and a half hours with their dad, rank the first position. While other their counterparts spend about one hour for their father.
