The table describes the consumption of milk and butter in various age groups in a European country over a week. Milk and butter segregate as full fat and low fat.
Overall, the highest position of milk consumers is elderly such as 1900ml, while butter takers are between the age of 45 to 65 years old with 60gm. Similarly, youngsters below 25 years are the lowest grade of dairy consumption in milk( 1200ml) and butter (12gm).
To begin with milk, under 25 years, consume full fat and low fat approximately 59% and 41% respectively. While, 25to 45years group, used 1650ml of milk in a week, which is 20ml lower than people up to 65years with 1670ml. Whereas, all age group above 26 years consumes more low-fat milk than full fat, which includes up to 45years are at the top level with 80%. The remaining groups are 70% in the above 65years and 55% in 45to 65 years.
On the other hand, compared to below 25years, most people older than 26years consumes more low-fat butter than full fat. Such as, when 65% of people under 25 use full fat in contrast to below 50% of the remaining three groups. Likewise, most of the adults takes 50% or above low fat unlike 40% of 25years and below. Moreover, up to 45years consumes mere 19gm of butter, while, 60gm and 30gm of butter was used by people above 45years in a week.
