The bar graph illustrates, the proportion of employment rate over six different countries in 1995 and 2005. Units are measured in percentage.

Overall, the number of male employees was the highest in both years . However, in contrast, female employees rate exceeded than the previous year when which reach 2005 in all the given countries. In general, Switzerland and Iceland was the most significant nations among other countries in employment condition.

As is observed, in 1995, more than 65% of males are employed in Switzerland and Iceland, all the other countries employment rate was below 60%. Whereas, the number of male workers exceeded to higher than 70% except Australia with approximately 68% and Iceland was the top level above 80% by 2005.

Similarly, the account of female workers also high in Switzerland with near 55% and all the remaining countries has below 50% and New Zealand was the lowest level with just over 20% in 1995. Moreover, in 2005 female employee rate climbed up to more than 60% which is almost near to the male employee rate in 1995. As is presented, lowest employee rate in Australia among the other countries in both years.
