Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The plan indicates the setup of an accountancy firm before the renovation and after the modification work.
Overall, It can be seen that in the past the office was divided into various small compartments and after the refurbishment work the designer tried to keep It more open.
Firstly, the office before was full of different rooms with separate working station setup. The list of rooms is as follows; at first, there is an accounts office behind the front desk. Whereas, the processing and new customers office on the right of the latter one respectively. Secondly, On the south side, you'll find the storage room just next to the entrance, at the same time, the payroll office is in front of the new customer's office. Last but not least, on the eastern phase is the lunchroom, meeting room, and manager's office.
On the other hand, the updated version of the same can be seen as more open and spacious. The front desk is made wider and on top of it, a seating arrangement is added for the visitors. Mainly, the workstation is in the center without any partition, along with the fax and copier machine. But, the eastern part remains the same and the storage room is shifted towards the front desk.
