In general, there was significant fluctuation in the property prices of three different countries between 2007 and 2010. It was evident that China experienced the highest percentage growth in prices of house and land.
In 2007, the data of Algeria stood at 6.2%, which is the highest compared with the figure of remaining countries in this year. It could be manifest from the graph that the percentage growth of property price in Algeria saw the dramatic decrease to 4.5% in 2008 and continued dropped 1.5% to 3% in the last year of period shown. In term of China, in contrast, there was the steady increase in prices of land, which went up from 2% in 2007 to 4.2% in 2008, then constantly rose to 6.5% in 2010.
While China and Algeria increased and decreased stably, Argentina experienced the dramatic fluctuation. In 2007, the data of Argentina was 3.1%, and it went up to 4.9% before going down sharply to 1.3% in 2009, which is the lowest percentage of property price. In the end of given period, the figure of Argentina was 2.7%, which had grown gradually 1.4% from 1.3%.
