Overall, it is clear that there was an increase in the amount of oil produced in Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and UAE, with Saudi Arabia witnessing the most dramatic rise, while a downward trend was seen in the amount of oil produced in Qatar. In addition, Saudi Arabia had the highest figures, while the opposite was true with Qatar.
The amount of oil production in Saudi Arabia experienced a significant rise of over 8 million in 2010, and reached a peak of over 14 million, in 2019. By contrast, the figure for Qatar was the lowest, making under 1 million and relatively constant although in 2000 saw a slight went up.
Starting at over 3 million, in 1990. The proportion of oil manufactured in Iran increased gradually to above 4 million, in 2010. Meanwhile, three different countries namely Iraq, Kuwait, and UAE observed a growth in the production of oil between 1990 and 2010, reaching under 4 million of the total amounts of oil Produced.
