The table illustrate five different nations in terms of female in the workforce and the one working in the field of management.

Overall, the most female in the workforce nation in Japan, but this country has a female in management relatively low, while the Australia and United States has the largest in the workforce and management.

Regarding of women in the workforce, the figure for women in labor force in Japan was 48%, making it the highest compared to other figures. Besides, the percentage of women in labor force in United States was 46%, which was 2% lower than the figure for Japan. Moreover, 42% of the total female workforce in Australia and Sri Lanka, this figure was double the percentage of Egypt.

Concerning of the women in the one working in the field of management, the percentage of women in management in Sri Lanka was 9%, which was a half the figure for Japan. In addition, the figure for women in management in United States was 43%, that equal to the figure for Australia.
