The diagram shows the process of making soft cheese.
The diagram gives information about how soft cheese production is made.
In general, it can be seen that the process of producing soft cheese involves five steps starting with water and milk, and finishing with the end product. Cheese production is a heat-based and time-consuming process to thicken the output product.
To begin with, milk and water are mixed together, and then this mixture is put in cooling equipment at five degrees Celsius for two hours. After that, salt is added to the mixture before it is brought to the fermentation stage. This process requires turning the heat to thirty-five degrees Celsius for six hours. It takes eight hours to evaporate with more heat which reaches one hundred degrees Celsius. The liquid becomes thicker and bigger size. Putting the wastewater in before this mixture is cooled again at a lower temperature. In the final stage, soft cheese is sorted out through a special filter.
