The given bar graph shows the proportion of grownups who used the Internet every day between 2003 and 2006 in different five age groups which are from 16 to over 65 in the UK. The adults who are over 65s had the least percentage.
The major users of the Internet were young adults aged between 16 and 24 each year. While there were the same percentages in 2013 and 2014, it peaked at the highest point, which was 100%, in 2015 and in the following year decreased by about 10%. To come to the other two groups that follow, which were aged 24 to 44 and 45 to 54 years, there were almost the same patterns but in different amounts. They showed an upward trend from nearly 50% and 60%, respectively, to %80.
In the 55-64 and over 65 aged groups, although there were fluctuations, the overall trend was upwards. At the end of the period, they reached approximately 50% and 20%, respectively.
In the overview, it is seen that the use every day of the Internet falls as age rises.
