Dear Sara,
I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling rather lonely since you have moved to Colombo.
People feel isolated for a variety of reasons. The main reason for this is they think they have no one to talk to and nothing to do. I also felt the feeling of loneliness when i when to my uncle's house. I think we've already talked about this when we were doing homework the other day.
As you have always been a social butterfly i can help you out by giving some amazing tips to tackle this issue. Firstly, whenever you get bored or feel like alone, try to socialise with your neighbours and contact with me and our gang .but be careful because you might have a chance to fall in with wrong crowd. Moreover, I forgot to tell one key method which is going out. If I were you , the first thing I would do is to do widow shopping, spending some time near beaches and parks , which surely help to unwind. Do you remember when we were kids we loved soaking up the atmosphere of beaches . So I'm hoping if you do these it will definitely alleviate the level of loneliness and anxiety.
I believe you will do these tips that I told you to do so and let me know how it worked out .you can call me from your aunt's phone if you can since you haven't bought a new phone yet.
Take care and keep in touch.
Best wishes,
Sayi.
