in some countries owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people Why might this be the case Do you think this is a positive or negative situation

Nowadays, amount of populations who buy house is raise every day. People from some countries prefer buying their apartment than rent it. This trend has some advantages and disadvantages and I think that buying your own house better.

One foremost reason of this preference is that people do not want give money for someone every month, instead they think that it is better to buy it and live in your own house. First pros is that, they can do with their apartment anything and no one can say anything. It is possible to reconstruct it and do it for their preferences. For example, if they buy a house with three rooms, they can do it as five and if they do not like the design, then they have opportunity to do it in their own style. Another advantage, is that they can save this house for their children. In the future they would not pay for apartment and will not have hardships.

At the same time, renting has a lot of drawbacks. Every months people need to send a lot of money and for someone it can be very hard to do it, because some people can have little salary. Another reason is a deposit. For example, in country like America people in advance have to pay a money for deposit and it can be tough for young generation, but they can take a mortgage and buy house with their parents helps or with programmes for young people. It gives opportunities to have a house with discount, which is good for them.

To conlude, two away have their positive and negatives sites. Buying house can is a good for people who do not feel comfortable in another people's house and they can save for their children and reniting could have some problems for young people. I assume that, buying house has a lot of positive than negative sties.
