Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you in great health. I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with the overall service at your restaurant mainly, the food.
My name is Gordon Ramsey and I am your regular customer who comes here for occasions, but this time, It was my birthday and I wanted to give a treat to my parents and I would like you to know what all went wrong on that night.
At first, I ordered some delicacies as usual but, my order was placed late and so was the food. On top of that, the food was a bit salty which ruined the taste of it food.
Furthermore, I tried asking the server to change the order and then they closed the counter for no reason. We walked away directly as there was no other option left.
Therefore, I would like you to give my feedback that I am extremely unhappy about the service and the same review is posted on Google. Kindly refund the money or send a voucher for a free meal to compensate.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Gordon Ramsey
