Both reading and lectures are about the idea of assign the project to team member or just to only one person.
The reading introduces that to assign the project to group member that will be benificial to these member. All project stuff member will take the expeience,share the information and there will bw more creative idea. However the professor refutes this point by saying that there no benifiet to work in agroup becuase may be the highly creative peoole will be ignored by other group member. Besides he mentions that the group member need to meet severl times to build group member.

On the other hand, the professor avers this idea and he explains that to work in member there is more risk and one or two people more efficient to manage becuse they will more responsable so there is no risk on them.
